TVS are very aware that “caring for your customers” is a very important aspect of running any business and in particular a vehicle supply business. They know that customers become very reliant on their vehicles and also very angry when their vehicle lets them down or it takes longer than expected to get it back on the road. It is not surprising therefore to see that TVS back their excellent product quality standards with a first rate warranty package of one year (unlimited mileage). It is also not surprising that TVS go to some length to ensure that wholesalers, retail dealers and their mechanics are fully up-to-speed in supporting the client base. The photograph shows one of the TVS training sessions that took place in Pretoria recently, in which the Chief Engineer for TVS in Africa (Mr Arasu) was present to deliver a 2 day training course to a number of Dealers operating within the Gauteng region.
